So, you want to clear the cache on your Xbox One console. As we’ve stated, the steps you’ll need to follow are quite simple so without further ado, let’s get into them so you can sort your Xbox One’s cache out as soon as possible.
- Power your Xbox One console on
- Now, hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console for 10 seconds, completely switching it off
- Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox One console
- Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One two or three times. This will remove any power remaining in your console thus executing the clear cache function.
Your Xbox One console should now have a completely clear cache. Plug your power cable back in and power up as you would normally. Everything should appear as normal and any problems you may have been having due to a caching issue should have been solved.
