How to unlock Macroburst Kleo skin MW2
So, if you want to get your hands on the Macroburst skin for the Kleo Operator, you’re going to have to quit out of the main MW2 game and head into DMZ, the side loot and extraction mode.
This is because this skin, akin to the likes of Sleet, Grunt Work, and Foxtrot, it can only be acquired by completing a certain Mission within the mode.
The Mission in question is called Medical Diagnosis, and you’re going to have to put a whole bunch of work in to even unlock it since it lies within Tier 4 of the Black Mous Faction.
This means that you’ll have to first finish both Tier 1, 2, and 3 of this Faction’s subset as well as other Missions within Tier 4 since Medical Diagnosis is the last one in your path before Tier 4.
Now, for how to complete Medical Diagnosis, there is one objective:
- Extract All 3 Medical Documents From the Al Mazrah Hospitals in 1 Deployment
As you would expect due to its name, this is an item collection and extract Mission, making you traverse Al Mazrah hospitals for medical documents. It’s not too difficult on the whole with the most difficult part being trying to avoid enemy squads.
Once you complete Medical Diagnosis and exfil, the Macroburst skin will be waiting for you to equip.
